Nursing Manager
Role Overview:
We are hiring a Nursing Manager to lead our nursing team with compassion and professionalism. The role includes managing schedules, mentoring nurses, and maintaining high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the nursing staff across departments
- Develop shift rosters and training programs
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to protocols
- Monitor performance and support nursing audits
- Coordinate with doctors and hospital administration
Qualifications:
- GNM/B.Sc Nursing with valid registration
- At least 2 years of nursing leadership experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of NABH standards is preferred
